Twitter is no longer legally a company after its merger with Elon Musk's X Corp. According to a filing in U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida, Delaware-based Twitter has now merged with the privately held Nevada company. Twitter's headquarters, however, remain in San Francisco, according to the filing. According to the disclosure statement, X Corp has no holdings of more than 10% in well-known publicly traded companies.
